ABS plastic LIDER-3D Classic is available in 16 colors. For LIDER-3D Classic ABS plastic, we use the highest quality raw materials from trusted suppliers, and its production is carried out on modern high-precision equipment, which allows us to achieve the most uniform thread density and diameter. Thanks to careful quality control, this one can be freely used for a wide variety of tasks. ABS plastic is widely used in the industry and is one of the most popular materials for 3D printing. It is characterized by high strength, resistance to moisture, acids, oils and temperatures up to 110 °C. It is easy to grind, as well as chemically processed, due to the solubility in acetone. Although this plastic can degrade when exposed to UV light, it is well suited for dyeing and can be coated with a protective coating. The recommended printing temperature is 230-260 °C. With all the advantages of ABS plastic, we cannot recommend it to beginners. It is demanding on printing conditions and gives a noticeable shrinkage (up to 0.8% of the volume), therefore, to work with it, you need a 3D printer with a heated platform and a closed chamber to equalize the temperature. It is also advisable to ventilate the room after printing, as when ABS is heated, toxic acrylonitrile fumes are released, which have an unpleasant odor.
