I had a total knee surgery after breaking my knee! I live alone & in a old house that has no shower, just a tall bathtub. It took 6 months before I was able to get in or out of the tub. Water soften the dead skin but was still there when I dried with my towel. I tried exfoliating scrubs, loofah etc, but nothing got it all off.
