SmartCV, an applicant tracking and video interview platform that enables any type of company to make better hires in less time.
There are two main services in the SmartCV platform:
- Applicant tracking, with features that help companies to accelerate their recruitment process such as intelligent resume scoring based on its relevance with the job description, a wide array of candidate filtering & sorting options, automatic candidate recommendations, automatic candidate geo-coding, plus more.
- One-way video interviews, that allow companies to get a better, beyond the resume, and more objective picture of a greater number of candidates, in less time. They work like this: Recruiter sends to the candidate an email invitation to answer some questions. The candidate answers these questions via video by using the camera of his/her computer or smartphone, within a specific deadline.
The two services are fully integrated with each other, but they can also work entirely independently.
