Can Potentially Reach The Quality of Original Brave Frontier
I played Brave Frontier Global by Gumi (the English version of the Original Japanese Brave Frontier). I found out about this game from Revain and gave it a try. In conclusion, Brave Frontier Heroes is very appealing with DeFi integrated but still far from the quality of original.
In summary, it is integrated with Ethereum and Polygon Blockchain to buy and sell heroes as NFTs and they do have appealing battle animations shown on the image above playing on my Trust Wallet almost as good as the original but there is currently no stories yet which is the core interest of the original Brave Frontier. I will give it 5 stars if it survives and caught up with the complete stories of the original Brave Frontier.
Although there is one feature that exceeds the original Brave Frontier other than it is crypto integrated and that is a more advanced auto battle feature.
- Battle animation is appealing enough
- The background music (BGM) makes previous Brave Frontier players nostalgic
- Frequent news and announcement showing the developers are alive
- Auto battle available and subscribe using crypto for even better auto feature than the original
- Can buy and sell heroes as NFTs
- No longer need to import wallet to play, the app can create a new one for us
- Still web based (no smooth transition between pages even on the mobile app)
- No stories, interactions, dialogs, etc. yet
- Items, heroes, etc. variation still in progress compared to original
- Zel is currently in game currency, it should be public cryptocurrency in the future
