Good grip. Stable Base. Angled handle.
I didn't expect there to be an angle to the handle. one side is longer than the other. As such, it is not as flat so you can't really do calisthenics on it, but it is actually very good for pushups. I can go a lot deeper with the descend.
- Price outstanding.. easy to assemble.. for my purposes, I love it..
- May not provide enough resistance to build muscle
