These LINKIND solar garden lights give off a crisp, bright light, and they’re strikingly colorful. We ordered an 8-pack and placed them along a pathway in our back yard. As our photos and video clip show, they illuminate the path well and create a dazzling effect. The lights can be adjusted to four heights, which opens a lot of possibilities for their placement.These solar lights cast a bright, snowflake pattern on the ground, and the effect is as impressive as the manufacturer’s photos suggest. The top of the light is larger than our other solar lights, which maximizes charging on sunny days. The instructions state that the lights must be charged for two days before turning them for night use, and we followed this procedure. They give off a surprising amount of light after charging on a sunny day. But on a rainy day recently, some of the lights came on for an hour at most, and those in areas that get a bit less sunlight did not come on at all.A small red button on the top near the solar panel can be used to set the desired light mode. This is definitely more convenient than some of our other lights that have to be taken apart to access the switch and change the setting. Several interesting modes are available. One option will project a solid color of red, green, or blue. A mixed-color mode projects the light of two to three colors mixed together. A color-cycling mode continuously fades one color into the next. The instructions for setting the lights were a bit confusing, and there are so many possibilities to choose from, we are still trying to figure out the ideal settings for our pathway!
