It arrived in a bent USPostal box with a twist in the middle. I straightened it out, but it does not regain its form and continues to twist into worse shape after re-use.I had a very similar one for several years. The older one got twisted once when I stepped on it. The older one was made of thicker steel, and I was able to rebend it and use for a long time before the "bent/twisted" section finally weakened.Although the original damage was in shipping and inadequate packaging, the inferior quality made this one unrepairable.
