Excellent customer service; love product idea
Edit; All of the following flaws in product still remain, however the sellers customer satisfaction team reached out immediately to amend the situation in offering me options of replacement or refund. While I may of gotten a flawed product, I 100% recommend the company. Love the product idea, and as said, excellent customer service.Old review; Overall length and size is great however there's no direct red setting, only "breathing" setting. Unless you're on yellow, green, or blue than it's a fairly dull in color. The picture on the pad is blurry and hard to read.
- Everything about the product was great but the lights are now fading which is a complete disappointment.
- May be too large for some desk setups, limiting its use in smaller workstations
