This umbrella is not suitable for travelers as it folds in a flimsy manner and doesn't withstand high wind gusts. As a result of my tests I determined that it required a bit of force to expand and its lightweight to the point of being unsteady in stronger winds. there are certainly better options available for folding umbrellas that offer more stability and convenience..
