Barrel Adjuster Broke Very Easily
Loved the product until the barrel adjuster broke withing three months. I just contacted the company today and waiting for a response if they have the replacement part. Disappointed, but hoping the customer service will be top notch and help find a solution. Would love to give more stars on on the review
- I went through two other failed Remote Levers and this one works perfectly. Fits nicely.
- The Smooth Action Funn UpDown Mountain Bike Dropper Seatpost may not be compatible with all bike frames and sizes, limiting its appeal to a narrow subset of riders
