Witches Night Out best in my review
Love this costume. The cape has star and moon details in the velvet and hangs nicely. Dress is stretchy and comfortable, not scratchy. Hat needs a little reshaping, but very cute. I'll probably add a couple details to it.I ordered the Adult 12-14. I'm 5'6, with hips (41in), so I usually have to order up. The slit is perfect and doesn't go to high.
