As a transplant recipient, my pills and supplements are numerous. While at a time I was taking pills four times a day, I'm now down to twice a day, but the number is so voluminous that I use two sets of pillboxes each week - one for medication and one for vitamins and supplements. Medicine in 13 pills daily and supplements, many of which are large, are 24 a day.This pillbox is perfect for me for one week of medications and supplements. The pillbox contains seven separate pillboxes, each with 4 individually opening compartments. so I use one day (4 spots) for my morning pills/supplements and evening pills/supplements.For me, this is ideal for traveling for a few reasons:1. It holds one week of pills in one box.2. The box is VERY secure as each daily pillbox compartment closes, all seven fit in the larger box, and that box closes securely.3. Because there are separate boxes for each day, it is easy to just take one day out if I am going to be out for the day and take that box in a pocket. While I am a bit concerned that I'll lose one, it hasn't happened yet and the fact that I like this box so much means I'm paying attention to keeping them together.Bottom line: it is a secure pillbox that does a great job of organizing and securing my meds.
