5'1" 117lbs. I have broader shoulders and purchased a medium. Intended use is for a rash guard while doing sports like kite boarding or wingfoiling. The fabric had a thicker more durable texture than thin rash guards I've worn. That said, the medium fit more like a tee-shirt than a second skin type rash guard that could be worn under a wet suit. The fit was comfortable on my frame, but probably best worn as a stand alone than under a wetsuit. SPF 50 protection is great. Haven't tried this in water yet, so cannot speak to durability in salt water/water, but based on observations and feel of fabric, expect it to hold up well. Seems to be well made. A great top for sun protection while playing on the water.
