I like having little wood devices and stands and so forth in my office. It adds a homey feel. I noticed my office was getting to have just metal and monitors and plastic but not much would. So I was looking for something a little softer like a wood thing.This fit the bill. It's nice because I can have my phone playing a video while I'm programming on my workstation. I just don't have room on my monitors for watching videos while I'm programming. This adds a softer touch to my office and gives me a capability I've needed for a while.The device itself is very simple and well made. I would say that I think I'm going to put some rubber footies on the bottom of the tripod legs because it does slide a little bit and my phone almost tumbled off my desk because of a little knock!
