Wired incorrectly and dangerously
The polarity of this charger is backwards which leaves the positive side battery wire exposed. Further, there is no fuse on the charging wire so now you have an unfused bare positive wire just looking for some kind of trouble to get into. Product is dangerous and should not be sold as built.

- The charging process requires a lot of direct sunlight, which may not be possible in certain locations
