Great mop and great Customer Service
The mop works great: easy to install and ready to clean. 2 thick microfiber pads included. Very easy to use on tile and wood floor. At the beginning I was very bumped as my bottle was damaged during the shipping. But the Customer Service was quick and very helpful in addressing the issue. Overall a great purchase!
