I first want to point out that the customer service of this company goes above and beyond to meet and satisfy the customer’s needs first. I didn’t receive my first order, only because the gloves were lost in the mail. The company reached out to me immediately apologized and issued me a full refund, only to turn around and ship me a pair of gloves at no charge. Amazing right?!To top it off, the gloves are exactly as described. They are very warm and comfortable. I bought them for a coworker who drives a motorcycle to work everyday and did not have a nice, warm pair of gloves to wear. He really liked these! I could not recommend more! Buy them!
