I was surprised by the quality for the price.
In most cases, reality lived up to the hype. Superb snow tires. There are, however, two caveats. brake stopping distance is increased when driving on wet roads. The second issue is tied directly to the rubber's softness, which improves ride quality and traction in wet and snowy conditions but reduces efficiency.
- Rubber tires are quiet and can be driven on studded rims. High grip in wintry conditions. Extremely relaxing.
- Poor traction in damp conditions at temperatures above freezing. little hum at very low frequency.
