They have kept in touch making sure I received the new one and was happy with it
When I received it, it did not work. I contacted Ebay and I had a shipping label and had it back in the mail that same day. I reordered a replacement that same day and received it in just a few days. The second one works as it should. (I had also contacted Sado Tech the day I received the broken one. They have kept in touch making sure I received the new one and was happy with it.)
- Includes 1 extra portable battery-operated receiver, screws & anchors, AAA batteries is NOT included.
- The receiver's design is outdated and unappealing
