These leggings are so soft and comfortable, can wear them anywhere, I was nervous about buying one size fits all as I am a smaller person, but these fit really well. They do say hand wash and not to put in dryer, but I have washed them on delicate cycle and I have even dried them to make a tighter fit and they held up through both cycles. I have washed them multiple times on delicate cycle. Still holding up. I have recommended these to family and friends, that’s how much I love them. You could probably wear them working out, but feel they are more for going out and about in/lounging. I plan on trying their fleece lined version next. Will buy again.
