We loved the look of this chair based off of the photos, but after getting them we are disappointed with the following: The chairs came damaged on arrival. They were poorly secured in the packaging and had multiple "dings and nicks”. Either the damage or the finish has caused corners to be splinter prone. The color stain is also misleading from the pictures. They are in fact extremely cool toned in their stain, and hardly match any American made furniture. Also, the fitment upon assembling is poor, and requires "flexing” the frame in order to follow the instructions.
