As a result of using this product, I found that the knee pads provided very little protection and the whistle was difficult to hear over the cheering crowd. The knee pads were also uncomfortable and made it hard to move around quickly on the court. While the design of the gear looks sleek it's not practical for actual gameplay .Overall, save your money and look for better options in Sports and Outdoors..
