Splish splash in my review
So stinking cute. Got it for my niece so she can splash in mud puddles and not get her clothes dirty. It's a little long on her (she's just over a year old) but I think it's actually better that way so it covers her bum when she lands on it.
- Very cute and very true to size.
- The raincoat may not be warm enough for extremely cold weather
