I previously used a dermaROLLER. However, this dermaPEN is exactly what I needed.Maintenance is easy. No need to disinfect needles since it's a single use cartridge. And I can adjust the depth of needles exactly as needed for different areas.So much easier to use for me. Exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.
