Volume control does not work
I am trying to find a decent headset but seems like it's not easy to find one. I changed to 3 stars as the manufacturer was receptive my email even though it did not resolved the issue as my phone was not compatible.Edit: The seller reached out to address my concern and make it better. Good customer service.
