Fantastic Training Tool for Speed and Agility
Using this product our team found that it was an incredible addition to our training routine... The bright orange color made it easy to spot, and the durable materials held up well during intense workouts. The adjustable straps meant that the agility ladder was can be configured to suit any drill, and the included carry bag made it easy to transport. The only downside we encountered was that it might not be ideal for those with larger feet.
