This inflatable FREESTANDING sports equipment is perfect for all your sports and fitness needs. As my tests showed, it provides excellent resistance for punching and kicking workouts. It is also easy to inflate and deflate making it a breeze to set up and take down. The material is durable and has held up well to multiple uses .The only downside is that it takes up a fair bit of space, but that`s to be expected with any freestanding equipment. Overall, a great addition to any sports and fitness routine!
