About 8 years ago, I was told by my squash pro that I would (a) extend the life of my knees and (b) be more likely to balance on my toes if (c) I started using heel cups. I bought the Tuli Heavy Duty cups and have worn them ever since. I can't say they helped my knees, but they have definitely improved my balance on the court. The reason I'm writing this review now is that I thought my current pair might be wearing out, so I bought a new pair and put them in my squash shoes. Nodifference! The old ones had not lost their cushioning and resilience. It's great to find that some products are still made to last. (I'll now put the old pair in my walking shoes and see how many more years of use I'll get.)
