Part of my job is servicing all types of business electronics. This tool set while not of commercial quality is more than enough for the home/casual user. I say more because you will find yourself using maybe 10 items but you never know. Just a couple of notes here: #1 Always use a search engine to see if there's a video with instructions on how to open your patient (device ;-) ) Check out a few if they are available, some aren't so good. #2 A word of caution, you are going to find that the one missing item in this set is a metal "Jimmy" to open larger plastic cases. DO NOT use a flat blade screwdriver! Chances are you will mar the case. Don't use a single edge razor blade as they are far too brittle and will shatter and goodness forbid end up in your eye. I use a Jimmy designed for that purpose exclusively, haven't found a good replacement lying around the house, hack saw blade?Have fun, take your time and follow the instructions. With this tool set you should be OK and save a bunch of cash.
