I'm a US size 8 with 36D bust and round hips, so overseas brands are usually too short in the back and tight in the bust for me. To avoid this, I ordered 2 sizes up (probably just needed 1 size up in hindsight) and then took in the seams of the dress on each side of the waist up to the armpit. Now it fits perfectly! My only complaint is that the sleeves are narrower than shown on the model and this makes them not as flattering as they could be. For the price, I think it's cute if you are willing to do some tailoring.
