I couldn't even power up the motor mechanism for the tail until I cut the fish open to get to the mechanism and then reset it up after doing this a couple of times I finally just put a sock over the mechanism and let my cat play with it like that it was really not a very good cat toy. All in all the little, rolling Green ball with lights is much much better. Like I said with other things I should have just returned it but I didn't think they would really want it back since I had to cut it open to get the mechanism open like I said., To power it upFunny thing is my chihuahua likes the gutted fish better than my cat liked the whole thing working or not!
