Using this product, our team found that it did not effectively maintain the desired temperature for our wine. The shoulder strap also broke after minimal use. As wine enthusiasts we`re disappointed in the quality and design of this product. We expected more for the price in a category as important as wine accessories in Home and Kitchen..
