Terrible customer service! Defective Product.
We ordered this board because we had bought one for our son the year prior and it worked well. This one never quite worked the same as my son's did. The go kart feature never worked and it was more touchy to ride. After only a few times of using this it randomly stopped while my daughter was riding it causing her to fly off of the board onto the sidewalk. We have never been able to get it to turn back on and it will not charge any longer
- The hoverboard offers a thrilling and exhilarating riding experience that will keep kids on the edge of their seats
- The hoverboard may be too fast for younger children or inexperienced riders
