First, what I dislike is that the bones move around. I had to reinforce the seems of the corset/trainer where the bones started poking out.I've worn mine for about a year and a half. It has really nice compression. I also like that you don't get the back fat roll with this. Right now my natural waist is about 30". I am wearing a medium on the smallest hooks. I love that I can wear this under my clothes at the office and still move, bend, etc with no issues. When I switch to a standard 22 bone corset/waspie I wear a 26" comfortablely. My friend, whom has the same measurements as I, was horribly uncomfortable due to lack of waist training when attempting to wear a 26". She has now bought her own. I have tried a few other brands but they have honestly sucked; flimsy material, almost no compression, and fake bones. This has definitely been the best bang for my buck. I actually just reordered two due to my original wearing out. :(
