Great set at a very affordable price
I bought this for my husband who had rotator cuff surgery to help him strengthen his grip, fingers, and forearm. He really loved that it was black and that the hand gripper was adjustable and couldbe used for either hand. He also liked the other things that came with the gripper, especially for that price! I will be back to buy another set for my grandson who plays water polo and also is on the swim team. The only drawback is that I wish the storage bag was a little bigger!
