I love this machine! It's half the price of the Breville device that does the same thing. It makes froth for cappuccinos, lattes, iced cappuccinos, and simply warms milk. I like to warm milk to make hot chocolate, put it in a cup, and then use it again on the capppucino setting to get more froth to put on top of my hot chocolate. The froth is nice and creamy. For the reviews that state they didn't get froth, it's possible they didn't know that they had to use a froth disc and put it in the pitcher with the milk. The disc is located at the bottom of the base in a handy storage space so you don't lose it. It's easy to miss if you don't read the instruction manual. The only things that would make this machine perfect if there was a way for me to store the cord away when not in use and if there was a setting to warm the milk to make it a little hotter. Overall, I was very satisfied with this machine.
