Pros:Nice braceUSB-C powered rechargeable battery packVelcro heating pad can be positioned just where you need it.Fit is good, as long as you measure yourself at your thickest, not that skinny waistline where your belt is.Cons:The heating pad and its controls.It could just be my high tolerance/desire for heat, but I never felt it got hot enough for me, maxing out at about 112-115F.I found the control lozenge annoying, because I always had to rotate and reposition it to be able to see the 1/2/3 blue dots so I could tell if it was on, and at what level.

Some tactile feedback would help.More annoyingly it just shuts off after 30 minutes or so. Which I guess is supposed to be a "feature, not a bug", but means that if I want to wear it for an hour or more I have to remember to turn it off and back on every half-hour to keep constant heat.No real huge flaws, but just fussy enough that it was irritating rather than soothing to use.
