I was satisfied with customer service
The hammock was for out door use, but when it arrived it had knots in the netting, look like the net was cut but tied by someoneI was not satisfied with the look, and felt the knots would come undone. So I contacted Revain and Ian was a great help and we discussed the issue, and after sending photos, he had the hammock replace. Happy with the product I give5 stars, and also to Ian.Thank you
