I know I got this too big once I tried it on and I was already on the 4th notch. However, the steel bonds in this waist trainer would not let me be great at all.I had this on for about 30 minutes sitting at my desk in my office when I could not take the paid in my left lower abdomen and my right shoulder blade from the stabbing of the steel bonds. I have 4 latex waist trainers because I like to swap them out and not over stretch the latex; but this one I figured would be a little better since it has the 2 adjustable straps instead of the 1 as my other does. Boy was I wrong.This pain was unbearable and like none other, so I had to leave my office to go take it off in the middle of a conference call. Maybe the material is a little thinner than my other trainers(idk) but I cannot and will not sit in pain.
