Not Effective in Correcting Posture

I bought this product hoping to improve my posture for sports and outdoors activities, but based on my experience, it did not help at all... The adjustable feature is supposed to make it comfortable to wear, but it felt bulky and restrictive. The only pro was that it was easy to put on. However, the cons outweighed this one positive aspect. i would not recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their posture in sports and outdoors activities..
