The fabric in this pajama pants is 100% Poly Silky Fleece. I've never heard of Poly Silky Fleece. I assume it's some sort of polyester? It is indeed silky smooth. Soft and warm and smooth. It almost shines like silk (see my photo).It comes with a drawstring belt, which will be useful should the elastic band lose its elasticity with age.Two side pockets.I normally take size 34 pants. I got these pajama pants in Medium, and they fit fine. Not loose, but not constrictive.
