I've always been curious about this ear cleaner and honestly, it works pretty well! It was easy to set up as the product comes with a QR code to scan that sends you to the app. Once downloaded and connected, you're already set up to start cleaning and taking photos/videos if you want. The product does get a little warm with the camera, but it wasn't too overly uncomfortable if used for a short period of time.It did take a little maneuvering to get used to how to get into my ear and effectively scrap the ear wax, as it feels I was turning the wrong way or possibly scrapping too hard, which I would caution against. The product comes with a variety of heads to attach depending on your needs, and it stays charged for a good amount of time. Overall, I really liked it and was able to get some pesky ear wax out, so I would recommend for a quick cleaning if used gently and cautiously.
