Disappointing Winch for Automotive Towing

After trying this product, I was extremely disappointed with its overall performance... While it claims to be a powerful winch for towing, it failed to meet my expectations. The only pro I can think of is its affordable price. However the cons outweigh any benefit. It is unreliable and struggles to tow even lightweight vehicles. i would not RECOMMEND this product to anyone in need of a reliable winch for automotive towing..
