After trying a few other chair cushions and always being disappointed in the quality, these cushions were a welcome surprise. I love that they have both a gripper bottom and ties just in case the gripper doesn't keep the cushion in place. However, I can say that the gripper on these cushions definitely works. They don't budge at all no matter how many times people move around in their chair. I also love the memory foam inside. You can actually feel the memory foam adjust when you sit down. And these are the only cushions I've purchased that have zippers on them so that the covers can be taken off and washed. I highly recommend these great cushions.
