It’s like a Dodgeball that ate Really Well! Haha!
I love innovation and this is definitely it! This ball is made with care and built to last. It arrives Complete. Just take it out of the extremely well packed box and it’s ready to slam, lift and even toss it around with a friend. This ball can add an entirely new level of fun to working out. I would recommend it to everyone! I received the 12lb ball to Review for the Vines Program but, you can buy any one of 10 different sized balls, to the entire set, ranging from 6lbs to 50lbs.
