I am about size 16 5foot10 with a long torso and the 3x fits great even at the largest. The zipper shows a little bit with a tight shirt. The two pieces of bone in the back bulges a little and is the worst part of the trainer. The back folds is really what really shows you are wearing odd under your clothes. I might try to remove the bone to see if it smoothes out not to mention sometimes the bone pokes me painfully.the lift it gives your bust area is great too.
