I don’t have plantar fasciitis but I do have fairly severe nerve damage that causes my feet to occasionally swell and creates a burning sensation that occasionally makes it hard for me to even walk. I’ve tried a bunch of different things looking for relief, from topical creams to herbs to compression socks to prescription medicines. I don’t have health insurance anymore, so my options are limited. This is the first time I’ve had something over the counter work so quickly to bring me relief!I can wear these with just about any pair of shoes including flip-flops, which is great for the Florida heat. I love that my toes are exposed, because compression socks often make me feel suffocated. They keep the swelling down on long drives, and keep the burning and tingling down to a bearable minimum. I wear them every day now! (Hand wash warm and hang to dry). Even comfortable enough to wear to sleep.Just make sure to base your size on arch circumference measurement! If I had ordered based on my shoe size they would have been too small, but the arch measurement was perfect.
