I actually had an issue with the size of the headset, I have a larger head and I wear glasses so after a week of wearing it, I was experiencing slight discomfort behind my ear. I reached out to the seller to ask about a solution and they went above and beyond to help me. I haven't experienced great customer service like this in years!Turns out the dual sided headset is much more comfortable for me, and the quality is so great, we've purchased one for everyone that takes calls for our company. When I ask my callers about the voice quality, they all say it's great. I highly recommend this product and this seller!
