Arrived defective **Updated review after being contacted by seller**
The piano arrived and the microphone was cracked. Pieces dropped out of the box. I then put batteries in the piano and the power light lit up but nothing else worked. We replaced the batteries and still nothing.******Additonal comment****** I changed my 1 star to a 4 because the company immediately contacted me after my initial review to see what they could do to meet my needs. They are new to amazon and looking to meet the needs and satisfaction of their customers. Not many companies take the time to reach out to their customers, so thumbs up to this company.
