Broken on Arrival in my review
The ornaments that arrived intact were GORGEOUS, and exactly what I was hoping that would look like. HOWEVER, if one out of four ornaments are broken and the seller informs you that they cannot be replaced or refunded, I have a problem with that. I paid for them as I promised, and did not receive them as I was promised. That's a problem.
